Have you stopped by FaMESHed for this new cycle? No? What is wrong with you?!?  It has already been one year since FaMESHed has graced us with one of SL’s best monthly fashion events and FaMESHed is celebrating with not one but TWO tents for this round! Although I did walk away nearly broke, I did save up enough to attend the new round of Collabor88. Both events have INSANE releases this month and I have to admit, this is my favorite round of both yet!

I took two snapshots for this particular post, one of them I left unedited (except for cropping) for you to see that SL does have it’s own beauty…editing is just an addition to it ;)

(Yea you can slap me for the “hood” slang Lexi :P ) One of my favorites are these new jeans which are , in fact, texture jeans. I cannot express how much I still love texture jeans. You have seen skin posts from the fair on almost every blog since before the fair started and before you got the chance to look at blog posts about every skin you have already gotten tired from looking at the same ones over and over…and this was before the skin was even yet available! Aries!

YAY! Aries time is at hand and you totally wonder why I’m excited…duh I am an Aries! :P The Zodiac started its new cycle yesterday and is filled with soo many cute Aries themed goodies such as these little Aries sheep by +>A&A<+, which you can get in the gatcha. I didn’t play enough times to try for a rare cause I was happy with the color I got in “cupcake”.

Truth Is?

A lot of people don’t know much about me. Some people are not truthful…I am. Let’s get this on a roll!

  • Truth is? I am inspiring this post upon this new release from Truth.
  • Truth is? I am over 23 and under 28.
  • Truth is? I hate doing dishes so I sometimes buy paper or plastic dishware.
  • Truth is? I have 2 children….they are felines.
  • Truth is? I have no job in real life…my hubby does that :P
  • Truth is? I prefer Strawberry Singh over Juicybomb.
  • Truth is? I sleep on my hugenormous couch…not my bed.
  • Truth is? I am addicted to Mountain Dew & Cigarettes.
  • Truth is? I prefer sitting at home and having a glass of wine rather than going out and taking shots.
  • Truth is? I have some SL friends that are truly psychotic…and I love them.
  • Truth is? I take prozac and Dulera on a daily basis.
  • Truth is? I take my jeans off as soon as I get home and put comfy shorts or pants on.
  • Truth is? My RL fiance is my SL hubby…and he is the best cook in the world!
  • Truth is? I love trying new skins but always go back to al vulo.
  • Truth is? The most addicting thing in SL is hair.
  • Truth is? I am a cradle robber.
  • Truth is? .ANATOMY. will become known one day.
  • Truth is? I start the depo shot tomorrow and I have to work my ass off to not gain weight on it >:O
  • Truth is? I don’t use the Iphone..I use an HTC Vivid..and it’s the shit!
  • Truth is? I am not a twig in real life…I am not a pumpkin in real life..take it how u will.
  • Truth is? I am really a brunette in RL.
  • Truth is? I really need my nails did right now….BAD.

HAPPY 2013!

Happy New Year Everyone! I hope 2013 brings each and every one of you all you hope for and much more :D . I am excited to start yet another year of blogging, shopping, snapping, and loving (sometimes hating!) here on SL. I do admit I have been slacking when it comes to my post introductions but I promise I am going to pick it up. Not only am I going to continue to be an avid blogger, but I am also working very hard to become an avid designer on the grid. Which reminds me… Abe & I have officially opened .ANATOMY. !!! You can tp there HERE. And yes the small but growing inventory will flourish in the coming months which will include original mesh and stuff for you hunky guys out there too!

On to the post! I decided to take off my Chloe Mesh Head for a bit after I got this skin from Hush. The tone of the skin is quite beautiful and unlike the skins that come with Chloe, Hush skins seem to match very easily with my shoe huds. Which is a big PLUS! I tested a few of the tones with some shoe huds and found that I was easily able to match the Hush skins to N-Core & [Diktator]. Speaking of [Diktator]…this still growing shoe industry is unlink any other! Sure you will find the awesome original pumps at N-Core and the fabulous summer wedges that go with any outfit at PixelMode but [Diktator] offers a COMPLETELY different inventory of footwear. I will slowly but surely collect all of them :P Check them out below to see exactly what I am talking about!

This look is inspired by Lana Del Rey‘s National Anthem video. A while back I did an inspired look by “Born to die” by Lana as well. I LOVE Lana’s style. This off shoulder coat is quite old but is still the bomb! *SG @ monso has always created high quality clothing pieces even before mesh. I would love to see a rigged mesh version of this coat ;) I am also wearing an older version of heels from *GF* that still fits in with stuff from time to time. The square tip on these heels gives them a dutch touch. I am obsessed with !Rehab skins lately and I love the sun kissed tone on the face of this particular line. Their main store is under construction but you can still tp to their little skybox where they have some skins out for purchase for the time being. I will put the link below in the credits.
