Super Bass

This look sooo reminded me of Nicki’s look in “Super Bass”! One thing I REALLY want to point out in this post is the new heels by Gos just released yesterday. These shoes are effing cute and the tie that wraps around your ankle is assembled so messy ( in the good way!) which makes them look super realistic and of course, you can never go wrong with Gos. I am still amazed at the skin matching system for these babies and the skin database grows every single day!

Hottie Hits The Forest

Sooo after hitting and strangling my brain for over an hour, I decided to find a sim to take this photo in instead of a solid color background, which I have been doing lately. *coughs* slacker. I love finding and exploring the beauty of other resident’s view of beauty which they put in their sim creations. Just a tip: if you are totally clueless how to find some awesome sims to snap some shots, go to search then hit destination guide. You can also go to the drop down menu from destination guide and click on photogenic spots. Any hooo, that is how I found this lovely sim. The look of my avi didn’t suite the sim, however, I think that it turned out different and super cute! What are some of your favorite sims?

Upon browsing the Marketplace yesterday I found a store called “Remarkable Oblivian” that makes original mesh. Now I must say, this store is not new since it was established in 2005, but I REALLY want to share it with you and hope that you find some awesome things there like I did. They have super cute accessories which I haven’t seen on any avi yet. So, get your little (or big) booty’s down to their Mainstore or Marketplace.

In the city

Lately I have been at a halt when it comes to my write-ups for my posts. I always comment on what I am wearing and the attributes of my creations as well as others but I really want to integrate more for you guys. I am inspired and exulted by many SL bloggers and how they bring life and love into their posts rather than just blabbing only about their outfit and sales and steals and deals. I feel the need to bring the same invigoration to all of my readers. I want you to get to know me and would love to hear your comments and get to know you all as well! So, in hopes of bringing Luv My Pixels to life, I promise to entice you all to the best of my ability and I hope that you get the same overwhelming joy from reading my posts as I do when read others. :)

When I first started blogging I, unlike many others, will admit that I was excited to get all this free stuff while I got to show everyone my love not only for fashion but for SL creation in itself. After a while I got so tired from blogging everything be thrown at me. I got the point that I felt like I had to blog rather than wanting and loving to blog. So I thanked a huge list of my sponsor’s and told them I had to let them go. I reduced my sponsor’s enormously and tried focusing on the things I loved to do again. I am more happy then ever before. The reason I started blogging in the first place was to show the SL world the things that I spend my money on and how I integrate them together in hopes of inspiring girls to find new places to shop and new ways to make their avi one of a kind. I did get lost in all the freebies and instead of putting outfits together for the love of it, I threw them together and snapped a pic, not even wanting to do a write up. That is the old me! I wanted to tell you all how much I love blogging and to inspire the new bloggers to not get lost in all the free stuff but get lost in your love for your ability to entice others. I love you all and I hope that you enjoyed my ramblings ;) Have a happy weekend and I will be back with you all on Monday! <3

Night Out <3

New stuff from Collabor88! I fell in love with this months collection and ended up buying almost one of everything! lol. I have never liked D!va Hair due to the texturing..however, I figured I would try a demo of this one from C88..and I LOVE it. I picked the perfect tone. The Daria hair comes in 2 options: with bangs and without bangs as well as an option to change the ribbon texture and to hide the ribbon. Like always, it did take a while to go through the whole store due to lag, but I used some old tricks I pulled from the back of my brain and managed to deal with the lag A LOT better. I am going to post an article soon on how to deal with lag and how to properly lower your settings to make your shopping experience at these events a little more lag free.

Btw..these pics were taken @ the .A N A T O M Y. Sim! I have the sim closed to the public until the grand opening on December 1st.

This off shoulder coat is quite old but is still the bomb! *SG @ monso has always created high quality clothing pieces even before mesh. I would love to see a rigged mesh version of this coat ;) I am also wearing an older version of heels from *GF* that still fits in with stuff from time to time. The square tip on these heels gives them a dutch touch. I am obsessed with !Rehab skins lately and I love the sun kissed tone on the face of this particular line. Their main store is under construction but you can still tp to their little skybox where they have some skins out for purchase for the time being. I will put the link below in the credits.

Happy Undead has just released these new vinyl mesh skirts which also come in jean. Everyone knows that I go ballistic over some H.U. and for a good reason too! These are super adorable and precisely well textured as well. Um go grab em’ Here.!!! I thought I would “experiment” with prim boobs the other day and I must say, they are not bad! Where have I been?!? Obviously not @ Not So Bad, where I got these awesome mesh jeans and belt. I cannot tell you how many pairs of baggy mesh jeans I have bought that look absolutely horrid!
